01. Service Description

GrowthVivid provides a done-for-you short-form video production service for professionals. Our service includes one-time avatar calibration, script writing, video generation using your approved avatar, professional editing, captions, B-roll integration, and delivery of ready-to-post vertical videos.

02. Client-Provided Materials

You agree to provide accurate, high-quality video and audio recordings as required for baseline avatar training. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and legal permissions to the materials you provide to GrowthVivid.

03. Permission & Consent for Avatar Creation

By engaging our service, you grant GrowthVivid a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your likeness, facial geometry, and vocal recordings solely for the purpose of creating your personalized digital avatar and producing your contracted videos.

04. Script & Content Approval

Client control is central to our workflow. You will have the opportunity to review and approve all topic outlines and script drafts before video synthesis begins. Production proceeds only after receiving your explicit approval.

05. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery cycles depend on the active monthly plan (Starter: 8 videos, Growth: 12 videos, Scale: 20 videos) and prompt feedback on script approvals. Standard batch delivery timelines are communicated upon onboarding.

06. Revisions

We provide reasonable editorial revisions on captions, B-roll selection, sound balance, and pacing to ensure videos match your professional standards. Substantial script alterations requested after final video rendering may count toward new production slots.

07. Payments

All service packages (Starter at ₹9,999/month, Growth at ₹13,999/month, Scale at ₹21,999/month, and Single Video Trial at ₹1,499) are billed in advance. Services commence upon receipt of payment.

08. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 14 days' notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Because one-time setup and custom avatar training involve immediate compute and human editorial labor, setup and completed video production work are non-refundable.

09. AI Limitations

While GrowthVivid uses high-fidelity rendering and human editorial review, digital avatar video synthesis is an evolving technology. Outputs are designed for social media talking-head formats (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and should not be used in critical legal, clinical, or sworn testimonial contexts without clear disclosure.

10. Prohibited Impersonation & Misuse

GrowthVivid strictly prohibits the unauthorized use of another individual's likeness or voice. We do not accept orders aimed at deepfakes, unauthorized political campaigning, fraudulent financial schemes, harassment, or defamatory messaging. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund if misuse is detected.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights, title, and interest in the delivered video deliverables. You retain full ownership of your personal likeness, voice rights, and source ideas. GrowthVivid retains ownership of its proprietary production templates, internal workflows, and editing presets.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthVivid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered content on third-party social media platforms.
