• Billing and payment information necessary to fulfill contractual subscriptions and invoices.

We use the collected information solely for legitimate business purposes:

• Delivering contracted video production, scripting, and editing services.
• Communicating with you regarding script approvals, drafts, and video deliveries.
• Providing client support via WhatsApp and email.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and maintaining accounting records.

03. Video and Voice Material

To establish your personalized AI avatar setup, you provide sample video and vocal recordings. GrowthVivid treats all raw video and vocal samples as confidential materials. These materials are utilized strictly for creating your authorized avatar and producing your approved content.

04. AI Avatar Processing

Your approved visual appearance and voice inputs are processed through secure rendering pipelines to synthesize talking-head video drafts. We do not license, sell, or deploy your facial avatar or vocal likeness to third parties or for unauthorized public campaigns.

05. Third-Party Tools and Processors

We partner with reputable industry-standard infrastructure providers for hosting, video rendering, cloud storage, and client communication (e.g., Netlify, cloud storage systems, professional AI synthesis tools, WhatsApp). All processing partners maintain strict security standards and handle data in compliance with relevant data protection principles.

06. Storage and Security

We implement technical and organizational security controls to protect your personal information, raw recordings, and finished video assets against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to your project files is strictly restricted to authorized team members directly involved in your video production.

07. Client Consent

Your AI avatar is created only upon receiving your explicit consent, verified identity, and approved source materials. GrowthVivid does not generate or publish video content without your review and authorization.

08. Data Deletion Requests

You retain the right to request the deletion of your raw recordings, vocal baseline samples, and associated digital avatar data at any time upon completion or termination of our services. Deletion requests can be submitted via email to growthvivid01@gmail.com and will be executed within 30 days, subject to legal compliance requirements.
