When purchasing the AI Clone service, you certify that you possess the full legal right and authorization to provide the submitted reference video and audio. You maintain final editorial review and approval over all generated video scripts prior to final delivery.
3. Disclaimer of Algorithmic Outcomes
GrowthVivid guarantees the technical quality and punctual delivery of contracted deliverables. However, we do not guarantee third-party social media algorithms, viral reach, follower counts, sales conversions, or customer debt collections. Distribution and business revenues depend on external factors beyond the scope of software configuration and production delivery.
